Looking for a cracked Fullstack/AI Engineer to join our team. Fairly hands-on role where you will work on core full-stack AI modules, setting up agent architectures, data pipelines and deploying models. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the products that power the largest appraisal firms across North America.

Core Responsibilities:

• You will be part of a small team, with a large amount of ownership and autonomy for managing things directly.
• You will work closely with the founders and other engineers, owning a large part of the process from problem understanding to shipping the solution.
• You will have the freedom to suggest and drive organization-wide initiatives.
• Building Agentic pipelines & orchestration using frameworks/tools such as DSPy, LlamaIndex, straight python, etc
• Optimizing context, memory, planning, retrieval, and UX across agentic applications
• Fine-tuning LLMs for specific property-tech applications.
• Optimizing and streamlining data pipelines.
• Benchmarking, testing, and improving model performance.
• Deploying, hosting, and maintaining models in production environments.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Python, Typescript, and working with LLM APIs
• Familiarity with computer vision for extracting property information from video & images.
• Expertise with agent planning/architecture
• Experience with OpenCV for computer vision tasks.
• GCP/Azure cloud for model deployment.
• Prior experience working with large-scale language models and multimodal models.
